Dry Gin Martini

This dry gin martini is simple, classic, and easy to make at home. Gin and dry vermouth are stirred with ice until perfectly chilled, then strained into a martini glass and finished with a skewer of green olives. It's crisp, smooth, and ready in just a couple of minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ ounces gin
  • ½ ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Olives for garnish

Method
 

  1. To a cocktail mixer or jar, add the gin, dry vermouth, and bitters, and then add ice.

  2. Stir until very cold and then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with olives and serve right away.
