White Negroni

A white Negroni is made with gin, Lillet, and Suze for a bright, bittersweet twist on the classic. It's light, herbal, and beautifully balanced.

A white Negroni is a bright, bittersweet cocktail made with gin, Lillet, and Suze. It has the same bold, bracing character as a classic Negroni but with a lighter, more floral edge and a subtle hint of sweetness.

I love how the flavors come together-herbal, citrusy, and gently bitter, with a smooth, balanced finish. The color may be a sunny yellow, but the flavor still delivers that unmistakable Negroni-style bite.

It's one of those cocktails I reach for when I want something crisp and a little more refreshing. Simple to make and easy to sip, it's especially nice on warm days or whenever a bright, bittersweet drink sounds just right.
