This blue Long Island iced tea is bright, refreshing, and just a little bit playful. It has all the spirit of the classic cocktail but with a colorful twist that gives it a fun, tropical feel.

The secret is blue curaçao, which adds a light citrus note and gives the drink that beautiful ocean-blue color. I also swap the usual cola for ginger ale, which makes the cocktail lighter, fizzier, and extra refreshing while still keeping the familiar mix of spirits.

Despite the longer ingredient list, it comes together quickly. Just shake everything with ice, pour, and enjoy a vibrant, citrusy cocktail that's perfect when you're in the mood for something a little festive.
