This mezcal mule drink is made with mezcal, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer for a smoky twist on the classic Moscow mule. It's bold, crisp, and refreshing.

This mezcal mule is a smoky, bold twist on the classic Moscow mule that I keep coming back to. Swapping vodka for mezcal adds depth and a gentle smokiness that pairs beautifully with spicy ginger beer and fresh lime.

I love how the flavors play together-smoky mezcal, zippy lime, and that signature ginger heat. It's crisp and refreshing, but with a little more character than the original. If you're in the mood for something a little lighter, my tequila mule is another great option to try.

It comes together in minutes and is easy to make your own with a simple garnish. Served ice-cold, it's bright, flavorful, and the kind of cocktail that's always a hit.
