Mezcal Mule Cocktail

A mezcal mule drink made with mezcal, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer. It’s smoky, zesty, and wonderfully refreshing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces mezcal
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Lime slices and mint to serve

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with ice and then add the mezcal and lime juice. Top with some ginger beer and then give your mule a quick stir.
