Aperol Spritz Shooters

Ingredients  

  • 1 thick slice of orange
  • 4 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces sparkling wine
  • Tiny orange slice to garnish

Method
 

  1. Muddle the orange slice in a cocktail shaker. Add the Aperol and a scoop of ice, and shake until cold.
