- Fill a cocktail shaker or jar halfway full with ice. Add the vodka, dry vermouth, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and cocktail foamer or egg white.1 ½ ounces vodka, ½ ounce dry vermouth, ½ ounce raspberry syrup, ½ ounce lemon juice, Cocktail foamer

- Put the lid on tightly and shake for 30 seconds to work up the foam.

Raspberry Syrup
- Place the raspberries, sugar, and water into a small pot over high heat. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and use a spoon to skim off the foam.½ cup raspberries, ½ cup granulated sugar, 1 cup water

- Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl. DO NOT push on the raspberries or the syrup will be cloudy. Let it drain, without pressing on the berries, for at least 5 minutes.

Notes
Raspberry syrup: You'll have more than you need for this recipe. Leftovers can be stored in a clean, glass jar in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
