Italian Limoncello Radler

Ingredients  

  • 1 ounce Limoncello
  • 4 ounces light beer I like Peroni Capri
  • 2 ounces lemon soda I like San Pellegrino

Method
 

  1. Fill a beer mug with ice, then pour in the Limoncello.
    1 ounce Limoncello
    A glass with ice and green liquid sits on a counter beside lemon slices, bottles of Peroni, limoncello, and a can of San Pellegrino Limonata.
  2. Add the beer, stopping about an inch from the top. Briefly stir to mix in the Limoncello.

  3. Top with a splash of lemon soda, add a lemon wedge, then serve.

Notes

Quantities: The exact amount of beer and soda you'll need will depend on the size of your glass. This is an easy-going cocktail, so don't worry about adding a little more or less beer and soda.
