Kir Royale

This classic Kir Royale is an elegant cocktail made with crème de cassis and sparkling wine. It’s lightly sweet, beautifully bubbly, and incredibly easy to make in just a minute.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ ounce Crème de Cassis
  • 4-5 ounces dry champagne make sure it's well-chilled

Method
 

  1. Add the cassis to the bottom of a flute glass.
    ½ ounce Crème de Cassis
  2. Pour in the chilled champagne very slowly to avoid excessive foam, and then drop in a fresh raspberry or two.
    4-5 ounces dry champagne
