Ingredients
- ½ ounce Crème de Cassis
- 4-5 ounces dry champagne make sure it's well-chilled
Method
- Add the cassis to the bottom of a flute glass.½ ounce Crème de Cassis
- Pour in the chilled champagne very slowly to avoid excessive foam, and then drop in a fresh raspberry or two.4-5 ounces dry champagne
