Naked & Famous

The Naked & Famous is a modern classic cocktail made with equal parts mezcal, Aperol, yellow Chartreuse, and fresh lime juice. It’s bright, citrusy, slightly smoky, and beautifully balanced.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ ounce mezcal
  • ¾ ounce yellow Chartreuse
  • ¾ ounce Aperol
  • ¾ ounce lime juice fresh is best

Method
 

  1. Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, and lime juice.
    ¾ ounce mezcal, ¾ ounce yellow Chartreuse, ¾ ounce Aperol, ¾ ounce lime juice
  2. Shake vigorously until icy cold, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass or a coupe glass.
