Method
- Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a small pot over high heat.1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup water

- Remove the pot from the heat, add the sage leaves, and let them steep for 10 minutes.8 large sage leaves

- Strain the syrup into a jar and use or store it in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
