This hot toddy is made with hot water, fresh lemon juice, honey, and your choice of whiskey, bourbon, or rum for a warm, soothing cocktail. It's cozy, lightly citrusy, and perfect for chilly evenings.

There's something so cozy about a hot toddy. Made with hot water, fresh lemon juice, honey, and a splash of whiskey, bourbon, or rum, it's gently sweet, lightly citrusy, and wonderfully warming.
I love how simple it is, but still full of flavor. The lemon keeps it bright, the honey adds a soft sweetness, and the spirit brings a smooth, comforting depth.
Finished with a slice of lemon and maybe a cinnamon stick, it's the kind of drink I reach for on chilly evenings. Warm, soothing, and easy to sip slowly.
