Irish Coffee with Whiskey Maple Whipped Cream
This Irish coffee puts a cozy twist on the classic with maple syrup stirred into the hot coffee and Irish whiskey. It's finished with maple whiskey whipped cream for the most comforting sip.

This Irish coffee is everything you want from the classic: hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and a creamy cap on top. My twist is using maple syrup to sweeten the drink, which pairs beautifully with the whiskey and adds a warm, mellow sweetness.
The coffee is stirred with Irish whiskey and maple syrup until smooth and cozy, then finished with a cloud of whipped cream flavored with a little more maple syrup and whiskey. As the cream slowly melts into the hot coffee, it creates the most comforting, richly flavored sip.
It's perfect for St. Patrick's Day, of course, but it's just as welcome anytime you want something warm and a little indulgent. One mug in hand, and suddenly a chilly evening feels much cozier.
