Beergroni (AKA: Beer Negroni)

An easy Beeroni made with Campari, sweet vermouth, and crisp lager over ice. A casual, beer-lover's take on a Negroni.

Ingredients  

  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 6 ounces Italian lager see notes
  • Orange slice to serve

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in the Campari and sweet vermouth.

  2. Tip the glass a little on its side, then slowly pour in the beer. Garnish with an orange slice and serve right away.

Notes

I like to use Peroni to keep the Italian theme going, but any light beer will work just fine.
