Classic Whiskey Highball (AKA: Whiskey Soda)

A whiskey highball made with whiskey, soda water, and fresh lemon. It’s clean, bubbly, and wonderfully refreshing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces whiskey Japanese or unpeated Scottish
  • 6 ounces soda water see notes
  • Lemon wedge to serve

Method
 

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
    A clear glass containing three ice cubes, placed on a white marble surface.
  2. Add the whiskey and then soda water. Briefly stir your drink, then garnish with a lemon wedge.
