Ingredients  

  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Lime slices and mint to serve

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with ice, then add the Aperol and lime juice. Top with ginger beer, then give your mule a quick stir.
