Ingredients  

  • Lavender sugar for rim
  • 1 ounces Empress 1908 gin
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce lavender syrup
  • Prosecco top top
  • Lavender flower or lemon slice to garnish

Method
 

  1. Wet the rim of a coupe glass with a cut piece of lemon, then dip it into the lavender sugar.

  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, and lavender syrup to a cocktail shaker, add ice, then shake until cold.
