Lavender Gin Sour

Ingredients  

  • 2 ounces Empress gin see notes
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce lavender syrup
  • 1 ounce egg whites
  • Fresh or dried lavender flower to garnish

Method
 

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and egg whites to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake until very foamy, about 30 seconds.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake until cold.
