Ingredients
- 2 ounces Empress gin see notes
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce lavender syrup
- 1 ounce egg whites
- Fresh or dried lavender flower to garnish
Method
- Add the gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and egg whites to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake until very foamy, about 30 seconds.2 ounces Empress gin, 1 ounce lemon juice, ½ ounce lavender syrup, 1 ounce egg whites

- Add ice to the shaker and shake until cold.

- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lavender flower.Fresh or dried lavender flower
