Negroni Sbagliato

A Negroni sbagliato made with Campari, sweet vermouth, and sparkling wine. It’s light, bubbly, and full of bittersweet flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 2 ounces sparkling wine

Method
 

  1. Put a handful of ice into a cocktail mixer or jar. Add the Campari and sweet vermouth and stir until they're chilled.
