Tequila Aperol Shots

Ingredients  

  • Salt for rimming glasses
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice see notes
  • 6 tiny pineapple wedges for garnish

Method
 

  1. Rim 6 shot glasses with salt.

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the tequila, Aperol, lime juice, and pineapple juice, and shake until cold.

  3. Pour into the rimmed shot glasses and garnish with a thin slice of pineapple

Notes

Pineapple juice: I like the subtle tropical vibes it brings to these shots, but you can substitute it with triple sec or simple syrup.
