Moscow Mule Shooters

These Moscow mule shooters are a playful, pint-sized riff on the classic. Muddled mint and lime, crisp vodka, and a splash of spicy ginger beer come together in one fun, festive sip.

A hand with glittery nail polish holds a small copper mug with a lime wedge; more mugs, limes, and mint leaves are in the background.
There is something so fun about serving shooters at a party. You can even prep these ahead of time and keep them in your fridge until you're ready to serve.

These Moscow mule shooters are a playful, pint-sized riff on the classic Moscow mule, and they're so fun to pass around when friends come over. They have all the bright, gingery, minty flavor you love about the original, just shrunk down into one quick, festive sip. If you want a party drink that feels a little special without any fuss, these are it.

The flavor comes together beautifully in miniature. Muddled mint and lime bring that fresh, zippy backbone, vodka keeps things clean and crisp, and a splash of ginger beer adds the signature spicy fizz. You get bright and spicy, fresh and crisp, all in one little shot. These are a touch boozier than a full-size mule, and that's on purpose. No one wants to gulp a lot of carbonation quickly, so there's just enough ginger beer to bring that classic flavor without making them hard to drink.

And they could not be more fun to serve. I love pouring mine into mini copper mugs like the ones in the photos, but regular shot glasses work just as well. A quick muddle, a shake, a splash of ginger beer, and a tiny lime wedge, and your Moscow mule shooters are ready to hand out.
