Vodka Gimlet

This vodka gimlet is bright, crisp, and incredibly easy to make. Vodka, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup are shaken with ice and strained into a coupe glass for a clean, refreshing cocktail with a perfect citrusy bite.

Ingredients  

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup

Method
 

  1. Add a few handfuls of ice to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.

  2. Shake until icy cold and then strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
