Mexican Mule (AKA: Tequila Mule)

This tequila mule, also known as a Mexican mule, is a crisp tequila cocktail made with fresh lime juice and spicy ginger beer. It's bright, refreshing, and easy to make in minutes.

This tequila mule is one of my favorite tequila cocktails to make when I want to switch things up from a classic margarita. It's a nice change from a traditional, vodka-based Moscow mule, yet it keeps the bright lime and spicy ginger beer I love, swapping in tequila for a bolder, more vibrant flavor.

I love how the tequila plays with the sharp lime and that signature ginger kick. The ginger beer adds a sweet heat that balances everything out, making the drink crisp, refreshing, and incredibly easy to sip.

Served ice-cold-ideally in a copper mug-it's the kind of cocktail I reach for when I want something simple with a little extra character. It's quick to make, full of flavor, and always a good idea.
