These mojito Jell-O shots are a fresh, playful twist on the classic mojito cocktail, with bright citrus, cool mint, and a hint of tropical flavor. They're light, refreshing, and just a little unexpected-perfect for a party.

I love how the lime brings that signature mojito tang, while the coconut rum adds a soft, tropical sweetness. Fresh mint keeps everything tasting crisp, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut adds a subtle texture that makes them feel a little more special.

They're easy to make and full of flavor, with a balance that's sweet, tart, and refreshing. It's a fun take on a mojito that always disappears quickly.
