Strawberry Mimosa

This strawberry mimosa is made with fresh strawberries, orange juice, and sparkling wine for a bright, fruity brunch cocktail. It's bubbly, refreshing, and easy to make.

Mimosas are one of my favorite brunch cocktails, and this strawberry version is a fresh, fruity twist on the classic. Blending ripe strawberries into orange juice adds a bright berry flavor that feels light, vibrant, and a little more special.

I love how the strawberries bring a soft sweetness that pairs beautifully with the citrus, while the sparkling wine keeps everything crisp and bubbly. It's refreshing, balanced, and easy to sip.

It comes together quickly with just a quick blend and a pour, making it perfect for brunch or any time you want something a little celebratory.
