Pineapple Sage Margarita
This pineapple sage margarita is tropical, refreshing, and just unexpected enough to get people asking what's in it. Sweet pineapple, tart lime, and earthy sage syrup come together beautifully.

This pineapple sage margarita is what I make when I want a margarita that feels a little more interesting than the usual. It's tropical, refreshing, and just unexpected enough to get people asking what's in it, which makes it a fun one to pour when friends are over and I want something that feels like a treat.
The combination is what makes it so good. Sweet pineapple and tart lime give you that classic margarita brightness, while a splash of sage syrup adds a gentle, earthy note that plays beautifully against all that fruit. You get sweet and tangy, fresh and earthy, with the sage coming through as a welcome surprise rather than anything overpowering. A rim of sage salt ties it all together and adds a savory edge to every sip.
And it's as easy as any margarita should be. A salted rim, a quick shake, and a pineapple wedge on top, and you've got a pineapple sage margarita that tastes like a little vacation in a glass.
