Lavender Margarita
This lavender margarita is a pretty, floral take on the classic. White tequila, tart lime, and floral lavender syrup come together for a bright, refreshing cocktail with a lavender salt rim.

This lavender margarita is a pretty, floral take on the drink everyone already loves, and it might be my favorite way to dress up a classic margarita. It's bright, refreshing, and just a little floral, the kind of cocktail I love serving when friends come over, and I want to pour something that feels familiar but a touch unexpected. The fresh lavender and a salted rim make it look as lovely as it tastes.
The flavor is where it really shines. White tequila and tart lime give you that classic margarita brightness, while lavender syrup adds a soft, floral sweetness that plays beautifully against all that citrus. I skip the triple sec you'd usually find in a margarita because I find the orange flavor competes with the lavender rather than letting it shine. A rim of lavender salt ties it all together, adding a savory, floral edge to every sip. You get bright and tart, floral and fresh, all in one refreshing glass.
And it comes together easily. A quick shake, a strain into a salt-rimmed glass, and a garnish of fresh lavender and a lime wheel, and you've got a lavender margarita that feels special with hardly any effort at all.
