Dandelion Margarita (spring dandelion cocktail idea!)
If you're looking for a dandelion cocktail, you need to try my dandelion margarita. It's made with tequila, fresh lime juice, and simple dandelion syrup for a bright, floral cocktail. It's fresh, lightly sweet, and perfect for spring.

This dandelion margarita is my kind of spring dandelion cocktail-fresh, a little playful, and full of bright flavor. It's made with tequila, lime, and a dandelion-infused syrup that adds a soft, floral sweetness without overpowering that classic margarita zing.
What really makes this one special is the rim. I brush the glass with a little honey (it works so much better than lime) and dip it into a mix of salt, sugar, and dandelion petals. It gives you that perfect sweet-salty balance and looks so pretty in the glass.
Finished with a whole dandelion flower on top of the cocktail, it's simple, seasonal, and just a little magical-the kind of drink that feels right at home on a sunny spring day.
