Frozen Negroni Slushy

This frozen Negroni slushy is made with Campari, gin, sweet vermouth, and frozen orange juice for a playful, icy cocktail. It's bittersweet, refreshing, and perfect for summer.

It's time to chill out - literally. This frozen Negroni slushy is a playful, summer-ready twist on the classic cocktail. It's lighter, colder, and more refreshing than a traditional Negroni, yet still delivers the signature bitter bite Negroni lovers crave. Slightly sweet, boldly bitter, and ice-cold, it's the kind of drink that feels fun, a little indulgent, and perfect for hot days.

Making it couldn't be easier. I freeze orange juice into ice cubes ahead of time, then toss it all into a blender and blend it up like a smoothie. The result is a slushy, grown-up cocktail that's refreshing and even more fun than a Negroni sbagliato. It's the ideal way to cool down when summer heat calls for something exciting.
